These permits span from new construction and renovations to critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs, affecting numerous neighborhoods and commercial areas across the region.
Several companies and individuals secured permits for general building work. Coastal Solar received a building permit for 2405 Rankin Cir, while James W. Turner Construction, LP, was approved for projects at 1401 Iola Dr. and 209 Marshall St. Stephen Walton obtained a building permit for 706 Lausanne Dr., and Flores Roofing secured one for 815 W. Magnolia 819. Other significant building projects include LR Kolb Construction at 1700 Norman Dr. 1000, Benjamin Brooks at 911 W. Adair St., and Rusty Thornton Construction at 207 Fairway Dr. Georgia Luxe Remodeling, LLC, was approved for work at 200 N. St. Augustine Rd., and R&R Roofing of South Georgia received a permit for 111 Breckenridge Dr. Building Valdosta, LLC, is undertaking work at 2956 Dogwood Cir, and Anderson Roofing at 1510 Kingdom St. Window World of South Georgia received multiple building permits for locations including 610 Mack Dr. and 2214 Azalea Dr., indicating window installation and replacement across the county. Merriman Construction, LLC, secured a permit for 1310 N. Park Ave. All Star Electrical Contractors, Inc., is working at 4060 Bemiss Rd., and Finish Line Electric Company at 2308 Frederick Pl. Martha Shea received an electrical permit for 2004 Pinecliff Dr. Dale’s Electric Company holds permits for 1 Youngs Ln. and 1001 N. Magnolia St. Johnson Plumbing received numerous permits across various locations including 208 McDougal St. B, 208 McDougal St. A, 1820 Claudia Cir, and 2113 Meade Ave. Jones & Ebert Inc. is permitted for plumbing at 759 E. Ann St., and Carol Jones-Rozier for 1002 Slater St., where she also has a building permit. Lakeside Plumbing received a permit for 1013 Cypress St., and Ray & Son Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., for 107 Knob Hill. Barfield Gas Company is working at 2340 Jaycee Shack Rd.
Roofing permits were granted to Bryant Roofing for 2209 Northwood Cir and 509 J.L. Lomax Dr. Platinum Roofing Solutions, Inc., received a permit for 5156 Calvary Cir, and Edge Roofing, LLC, for 3915 Galloway St. Carlos Rodgers secured a roofing permit for 111 Breckenridge Dr., Erie Construction Mid-West, LLC, for 5256 Fortress Cir, and Strategic Roofing Solutions, LLC, for 4087 Coleman Rd. Beyond these, Prime Sign Installation, LLC, secured a sign permit for 1565 Baytree Rd., and Florida Certified Sign Erectors for 1522 Baytree Rd. Roark’s Land Clearing and Restoration received a sign permit for 618 S.
