Ticket sales for the Winnersville Classic began Monday, October 26, 2026, as the Valdosta Wildcats prepare to face the Lowndes Vikings on Friday, October 30, 2026. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. at Martin Stadium. This annual matchup is a significant local tradition, bringing the community together as the teams compete for bragging rights.
All tickets are priced at $10 each and can only be purchased with cash. Sales are taking place inside Bazemore-Hyder Stadium. Fans should note that tickets will not be sold at the new ticket office. Sales will continue each day until all tickets are sold, following a specific schedule designed to prioritize certain fan groups.
On Monday, October 26, sales were conducted from 8 a.m. to noon and again from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. During this initial window, ticket purchases were limited to 2026 season ticket holders, Touchdown Club members, and parents of football players, cheerleaders, and band members. Specific purchasing limits applied to these groups: 2026 season ticket holders could buy the same number of tickets as their season ticket purchase, with a provision allowing those who purchased one season ticket to buy two Winnersville tickets. It was specified that season ticket holders could not combine their season ticket allotment with a Touchdown Club membership to purchase additional tickets. Parents of football players, cheerleaders, and band members were allotted four tickets each.
The sales schedule continued into Tuesday, October 27, with windows from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. On this day, sales were open to all groups eligible on Monday, with the addition of Valdosta City Schools faculty and staff. Faculty and staff members from Valdosta City Schools were able to purchase two tickets each.
Beginning Wednesday, October 28, the general public gained access to ticket sales. The sales windows for the general public on Wednesday were from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Should tickets remain available, sales for the general public are scheduled to continue on Thursday, October 29, from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The final scheduled sales opportunity, if tickets are still available, is on Friday, October 30, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Fans are strongly encouraged to plan ahead for their ticket purchases. This includes bringing cash for the $10 per ticket price and ensuring they attempt to purchase during their designated sales window. It was emphasized that all sales will conclude as soon as tickets sell out, regardless of any remaining scheduled sales times. This means interested attendees should act promptly within their eligible purchasing periods to secure their spots for the Winnersville Classic.
